Sometimes life hands us an unexpected turn of events- one moment we could be stuck in our everyday routine and the next we could find ourselves wound up in confusion, fear, and sitting in a hospital.
Normally Amy writes these posts, and I (her “tech-savy” assistant) will go in and edit them, but today is an unlikely turn of events. Earlier this morning Amy had another brain hemorrhage and is currently staying at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore for observation. She is dealing with some symptoms of the bleed, including headache and nausea, but is able to eat, drink and talk a little. She will be in touch when she is able, but for now please keep her in the light and send positive thoughts and prayers.
Please keep her and her family in your thoughts and I will be updating as I receive more information.
